The Feldspar leadership team brings together entrepreneurial drive, elite sporting experience and deep expertise across technology, high-performance sport and media.


Alvina comes from a family of multi-generational entrepreneurs in Hong Kong and holds a BSc in Economics from Warwick University. With her growth-oriented mindset, professional and athletic background, and aptitude for creative thinking, she is dedicated and well-equipped to bring Feldspar's bold vision to life.


Tim Godfrey is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in both early-stage and established sports media organisations. He has operated globally at C-suite and board level, helping to build and scale sports properties from scratch.


Phil O'Grady is VP of Technology at Feldspar, owning the platform architecture, build and technical hiring across the full stack, from sensor data at the surface through to the machine learning layer and the products on top. Before Feldspar he spent nearly five years as Head of Platform Engineering at SailGP, following eight years building real-time sports data products at Apadmi.


Darren Campbell MBE is an accomplished British former sprint athlete and Olympic gold medallist. Darren has since transitioned into coaching and media work, serving as a sprint coach in rugby (London Wasps) and football (Cardiff City), and later taking roles such as Head of Sprints, Hurdles, and Relays at UK Athletics.


Mark is renowned for his leadership and strategic acumen in guiding Team GB through some of its most successful and challenging Olympic campaigns. With over 35 years of experience in the sports sector, Mark has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of British high-performance sport.


Nik is Feldspar's Finance Director, leading commercial financial modelling and fundraising. A Deloitte-trained Chartered Accountant, he spent four years at Catapult Sports, latterly as Director of Finance, Global, and was previously Finance Director at Ooodles and Sport Global. He also founded STZA, a fractional CFO practice, and the African Sports Technology Network.
Advisors
Feldspar advisors bring specialist expertise and an extensive network across global athletics, elite sport, digital growth and sports media, helping Feldspar navigate the complexities of the sporting ecosystem while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth, engagement and innovation.


Spencer Barden is a former international athlete with over thirty representative caps for Great Britain & Northern Ireland and England. He is Head of Elite Athletes at London Marathon Events and an athletics event consultant for the London Diamond League, Doha Diamond League and Doha Marathon.


Previously Digital Director at SailGP, Daisy is a senior digital marketing expert specialising in growing global fandom for elite sports and unlocking revenue through integrated digital marketing.

Andy Haworth is a seasoned media executive currently driving growth strategy at the Premier League. With over 15 years of C-suite leadership in telco, sports and entertainment, he has a track record of delivering strategic growth, fostering innovation and enhancing fan engagement. Previously at BT, he led key transformations including scaling BT Sport and supporting the acquisition of EE.
